Wisift is born with the mission to improve customer experience in service companies by creating the tools to generate the digitalisation of the customer and technical operational processes by exploiting operational data in a way that allows organisations to be more efficient and provide better outcomes for the customer. The name is a combination of "Wise Sift", as we extract and use the right information within all the huge amount of available data to automate or recommend the best actions for the customer in each case. We also allow the data analysis to improve the business knoledge and support their decissions. For us it is key to provide value to the end customer and our enterprise customer at the same time, and to do that we count on the best experts in both Customer Experience and Applied AI fields to build our solutions.
