WOAH🤯 One of our team members went to inspect this roof. The stack you see here is blowing out hot air 24/7 at about 400 degrees. The customer had NO idea it was burning a hole through their roof. Keep in mind, that a poorly routed exhaust fan will burn the membrane. 

This roof is completely frozen over which can cause many issues: Ice dams form when certain areas start melting. Which can lead to water leaks. When the water melts it can seep under the roofing materials and cause leaks. This can damage ceilings, interior walls, or flooring. Structural damage due to the ice adding weight to the roof. This can cause roofing sagging or cracking.
