Last weekend, Wolcott teamed up with SAW for Walk MS: Greater LA 2024 at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena. Our goal was to raise $30,000, and we surpassed this with an astonishing $42,000 raised for the cause!   This was an amazing effort from everyone, and we cannot thank the people who raised funds and donated enough for their support. After one year in our new office space, we are reflecting on the lasting impact of our physical workspace in shaping our organizational culture. We’ve grown to cherish the advantages of being physically present in the office. Here, amid the vibrant ambiance and communal areas, we experience a deeper level of engagement with our colleagues. Wolcott transformed this unusable space, with antiquated architecture, into a vibrant oasis designed for patrons to step outside to reconvene and relax. Our focus shifted towards maximizing collaboration and creating an inviting atmosphere. With a thoughtful blend of lush greenery and contemporary design elements, the courtyard now stands as a striking juxtaposition to its surroundings. Our commitment to sustainability shines through as we prioritize the reuse of the existing structure, drastically reducing our client's environmental footprint. The grand reveal of Wolcott's meticulously crafted design, scheduled for later this year, will seamlessly meld contemporary aesthetics with the site's rich industrial history. This is Alteryx – an innovative data science client who challenged Wolcott to design a state-of-the art, tech-driven space with a COVID kickoff! This timing drove our designers to push their thinking outside of traditional office space design. It needed to be a one-stop-shop showcasing impressive technology – including a rotating panel screen – along with Southern California beach vibes, a global brand presence, and an all-inclusive work environment informing the use of glass surfaces and jewel boxes in open areas. Inspired by “Iron Man”, this property embodies everything we love about Alteryx: the merger of local culture and high tech with a creative, human-centric focus! #weareLA

In a volatile office market, Wolcott’s customer-focused design approach proves we can cut through the noise to deliver office spaces that bring tenants back! Congratulations to The Swig Co for the recent leasing success of 6300 Wilshire. The Los Angeles Business Journal recognized how Wolcott renovated and modernized this ‘80s building to adapt to new work environment trends, creating comfortable and engaging spaces – a rock-climbing wall, outdoor patio with a fire pit, extra communal work areas – where tenants and staff genuinely want to spend their time. By realizing how to bring people back to the office, Wolcott designs irresistible spaces that nurture collaboration, community, and well-being. #WeAreWolcott
