Meet Women In DSO® <> Meet Risas Dental and Braces Dr. Diana Matatova, DMD was born in USSR but raised in Arizona. Dr. Matatova has been a passionate general dentist with 6+ years of experience in the dental field. She strives to find ways to become a confident woman leader in a male dominated field. She loves cooking, hiking, dancing and traveling. Michelle Rubio is a Human Resources professional who is passionate about creating an inclusive and fun workplace as the HR Director for Risas Dental and Braces. Michelle is also the President of the Second Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping those struggling with financial crises. Bertha Galindo was born and raised with a passion for community service, which shaped both her career at Risas and defining her life's purpose. She enjoys writing her own book, finding creativity in hosting family events, and making a difference in the lives of others while believing in the importance of self-care. Irma Karina De Leon is a collaborative leader with dedication to partnering with coworkers to promote engaged, empowering work culture. She is a resourceful Director coordinating and monitoring operations across various departments. Her favorite things to do are creating podcasts, decorating her house, and adventuring outdoors in Colorado. Regina Limon has over seven years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition at Risas Dental and Braces. As the Associate Director of Human Resources, she assists in developing and implementing strategies for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who are well matched with Risas culture and values. In her personal life, she is busy building her own business and attending every concert she can. Dr. Mawra Elkharsity is originally from Egypt and grew up all over the United States. Her career as a dentist is focused around providing quality patient care. She has a passion for developing her education as a leader, would love to become a mentor, and support the overall wellness of doctors in the organization.
