As we gear up for the upcoming academic year, we want to reflect on an incredible opportunity we had in May to visit Accenture and gain insights into their innovative work culture. This visit gave us a great look into the dynamic world of #technology and #consulting. The highlight of our visit? A fun "Hot Ones" style panel where Accenture employees bravely tackled burning hot sauces while sharing insight into their roles, career journeys, and advice for students! It was both informative and entertaining, and we're grateful to the panelists for their candidness and expertise. 💜 Thank you to Accenture for hosting us and to Larissa Ho, a fellow University of Washington Information School alum, for collaborating with us. #Winfo #Accenture #CompanyTour

Back in May, Women in Informatics had the opportunity to visit PitchBook's Seattle office, and needless to say, we had a great time! During the visit, we had the privilege of listening to an insightful panel of wonderful leaders in Product Management and Data Operations, each bringing diverse backgrounds and perspectives to the table and providing invaluable advice to our undergraduate organization as we navigate the tech world. We also connected with PitchBook employees over lunch, getting the chance to engage in genuine conversations. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to PitchBook for letting us learn more about some of the cool things you do in Seattle, and to Laura Grubbs for inviting WINFO to this incredible office tour! #PitchBook #Winfo #officetour
