Should women learning to become CEOs focus ONLY on the skills, know-how and industry connections that every business leader needs? Or should they also tackle the issues they face as women when they move to the top of the company ladder? That was one of the dilemmas we faced when planning the curriculum for the CEO Academy for Women in Mobility, Energy & Manufacturing. So we turned to the experts: the 28(!!) incredibly knowledgeable and generous leaders and industry professionals who are working with us to build the CEO Academy curriculum, teach courses, serve as mentors, and make sure the CEO training we provide is at the highest professional level. We’ll admit it: Our first instinct was to say that the training should focus only on what’s needed to become a successful CEO, not on the male/female divide. But our experts pushed us to talk about the elephant in the room and unapologetically put the issue of women on the (boardroom) table. So yes, the CEO Academy will be addressing issues like these head-on: ➡️ Responding to gender bias and developing resilience ➡️ Leading with your intuition, as a woman and as a leader ➡️ The challenges of leading a company while parenting (something we strongly urge male parents to be talking about too!) And of course, we will also be covering topics like: ➡️ Building business strategy ➡️ Raising capital ➡️ #CEO and leadership skills, from decision-making and strategic thinking to building high-performing teams and fostering a thriving company culture Learn from the experts we’ve brought together so we can collectively break as many glass ceilings as possible! To learn more about the CEO Academy, join us for a live Q&A at our launch event on Dec. 15! Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Future of AI! 🚀 AI systems often reflect the biases present in their training data. If we know the data is biased, how do we ensure that AI serves 100% of the population and helps close the gender gap rather than widening it? We’re on a mission to change that. *The mission of the AI for 100% Advisory Board* is to discuss, gain insights, and share those findings to drive meaningful change. The board will include 5-8 leading experts from various fields, each committing to a 2-year tenure to bring fresh ideas and drive innovation. 🌟 Join us in making a difference! 🌟 Whether you're passionate about AI or know someone who is, this is a unique chance to shape the future of technology meaningfully.
