About us
Established in 1921, the Women’s Bond Club is one of the oldest professional organizations for women in finance. The Women’s Bond Club provides education, mentoring and networking opportunities for women in financial services and related industries. We accomplish this by sponsoring events and community service activities, and by developing relationships with corporate sponsors and other not-for-profit institutions that support women.

We had great panelists, an engaging topic and a wonderful audience at the Women's Bond Club event in NYC in November. Thanks to Societe Generale and Protiviti for sponsoring this worthwhile event.
Protiviti was thrilled to partner with The Women's Bond Club and Societe Generale to host an in-person Forum on the Future of Money & Privacy last month. In this VISION by Protiviti podcast, we highlight the event's panel discussion where Protiviti's Tom Moore sits down with Heather F.ederman, Head of Privacy and Product Counsel at Signifyd, Stephanie Schmidt, Global Chief Privacy Officer and Head of Data Compliance at Prudential Financial and David Gotard, CISO at Societe Generale.

As we close out 2024, I feel grateful to be surrounded by such talented professionals who come together to support each other and celebrate one another’s successes. We had a wonderful evening Women's Bond Club Holiday event hosted JPMorganChase . It was a privilege to have Wall Street Journals best selling author Randi Braun join us for a fireside chat with our own Board member Elena Zislin , about her book “Simething Major: The new playbook for Women at Work “ Randi provided valuable tips and insights on ditching perfectionism and shared the 16 things not to say at work. For over 100 years Women's Bond Club has been an organization of accomplished women in Financial services, with members from the top financial firms in the country . Our members are not only highly intelligent, motivated , and driven , but they also embody the word “character” . To quote one of my favorite signs that hangs in JP Morgan’s office: “The first thing is character, before Money or Property or Anything else. “ - J.Pierpont Morgan Wishing everyone happy holidays !

We kicked off the holiday season with an amazing Women's Bond Club event sponsored by J.P. Morgan, our gracious hosts. 🌲 We heard from Randi Braun, who shared her wisdom, stories and a few laughs from her book, "Something Major: The New Playbook for Women at Work," moderated by our esteemed board member, Elena Zislin. 📖 ✨Mistakes will happen, and things won't explode ✨There is magic in 1% moments - the smallest thing you can do or not do ✨You can say "no" to things ✨Feedback says a lot more about the giver than the receiver ✨Listen and then quiet the inner critic On behalf of the WBC Board, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the journey we have walked together as a club. This year has been a testament to the strength, resilience, and brilliance of everyone in this community. Together, we are living out our mission to empower women in financial services, advance their careers, and shape the future of the industry. Thank you to all our WBC community members for being an integral part of this incredible journey. I look forward to what we will achieve together in the coming year. How many times did I go to J.P. Morgan’s Take Your Daughter to Work Day as a kid? More than I can count. So it was extra special to bring my DAD to work with ME last night at the bank when the Women's Bond Club invited me to give a book talk and JPMC hosted! Also extra special, besides the women in the room? The room was SO at capacity with standing-room-only, that people were in the HALLWAY to avoid a fire code violation…. wild. A fabulous night with a fabulous group of women 👏👏👏 thank you again for having me! #womeninleadership #bonds #coaching #booktalk
