Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island has identified Wood River Health as a top performer based on Measurement Year 2023 HEDIS results for our Medicaid population. Wood River Health achieved the Medicaid Quality Compass 90th percentile for Antidepressant Medication Management (AMM) Effective Continuation Phase Treatment.
