Our mission is to address team and individual transformation utilizing an "inside out" approach. We focus on individual assessment, empowerment and development as a foundation for lasting change while also providing insight, tools and support for creating and aligning highly effective teams. We are dedicated to the "people" side of change. Our services address the need for balance between the individual and the organization by incorporating motivational "fit" as well as skills "fitness" for an integrated approach to development. Restructuring activity is far from over and a new round of merger mania has resulted in major new opportunities. It is clear that the need for individual, team and organizational support will continue to increase dramatically. "Outside in" change methodologies will become even more ineffective as employee fear, confusion and resistance increases. The "War for Talent" will highlight the next decade increasing the need for development guidance and performance coaching as an attraction and retention strategy. The "Age of Uncertainty" presents us with unique leadership challenges. The major players in business transformation and development consulting focus mainly on either IT (systems and technology) or workflow design (process). The significant shortcoming in most cases is the "people" side of change. All of our work aims to empower individuals to control their work lives and consequently enhance both personal and organizational productivity.
