Last month we hosted Weekend @ Workshop, a celebration of student leadership and learning. It was a remarkable day of student-led activities and sessions that gave our guests a real sense of what it's like to be a Workshop School student. All of this got me thinking about what's most important about student voice, which I shared in this recent NGLC post: https://lnkd.in/en_vugR4

An education nonprofit committed to redefining the way we learn - in Philadelphia and beyond.
About us
Through real-world learning, robust community, and personal growth, Workshop Learning empowers young adults to pursue a life of security, connection, and purpose. Our primary vehicle in fulfilling this mission is the Workshop School (WS), a highly innovative public high school that we founded and manage in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia. We magnify our impact by advocating for district-level change, engaging with national high school reform networks, and providing training and technical assistance to schools and districts seeking to learn from our approach.
