Workzinga is a B2B SaaS start up in Nashville, TN helping companies build culturally aligned workforces. Misalignment and poor culture alignment are the leading cause of turnover - and it's preventable with the right hiring solution. We designed an assessment that creates an objective comparison between the company and the candidate and shows in a quantitative way what the level of alignment is between the two prior to ever making a job offer. Other solutions nibble around the edges and never get to the root of the problem, but our two-sided and holistic approach nails the fundamentals of the culture fit dilemma. And this is just the start - infusing our I/O Psychology-based science into other aspects of the employer/employee lifecycle will reshape working relationships as we know them today.
