  • On October 19, 2024, the WTS-Boston Transportation YOU Committee successfully held its 7th annual Summit, partnering with Peabody Public Schools to host this year’s event at the new Higgins Middle School! The day commenced with six (6) engaging hands-on transportation workshops, each developed and led by some of our sponsor companies. Below is a list of the workshops with a brief description and the organizations involved: Click here to learn more: https://ow.ly/uZkH50Uv1NV

  • Over the past year, WTS-Boston supported six women through two different programs aimed at providing a platform for continuous development in the transportation industry. New and experienced professionals have the opportunity to enhance leadership skills, expand knowledge of the industry, and build a network of professional connections. • As I complete my two-year term as WTS-Boston president, I have an enormous amount of pride and appreciation for all that we accomplished together. Thanks to each volunteer, sponsor, and member for everything you do to support the mission of WTS to attract, sustain, connect, and advance women’s careers to strengthen the transportation industry. My goals at the start of my presidency were to enhance member and sponsor engagement, leadership development, and access to low-cost programming that advances women and advances transportation. The link below highlights our actions and impacts over the past two years. I wish you all peace and joy this holiday season. May you have the opportunity to recharge and renew for the year ahead.
