WTS Minnesota is proud to offer a two-part training series from Strategic Diversity Initiatives! In these interactive workshops, we’ll explore this cultural moment, how it’s affecting us and our workplaces, what it means to show up as allies and advocates in the face of sexism & misogyny, genderism, racism, ableism, ageism, and other biases. Join us for the Learning From Place: Cedar-Riverside/West Bank Tour led by the Minnesota Humanities Center in collaboration with the Pillsbury United Communities/Brian Coyle Center! The tour will cover the history, culture, arts, and activism tied to this Minneapolis neighborhood. The tour will take place Friday, August 2nd from 9AM-12:30PM and will require several hours of standing and walking/rolling. The event will also include a discussion and lunch.
