In these interactive workshops, we’ll explore this cultural moment, how it’s affecting us and our workplaces, what it means to show up as allies and advocates in the face of sexism & misogyny, genderism, racism, ableism, ageism, and other biases. Join us for the Learning From Place: Cedar-Riverside/West Bank Tour led by the Minnesota Humanities Center in collaboration with the Pillsbury United Communities/Brian Coyle Center! The tour will cover the history, culture, arts, and activism tied to this Minneapolis neighborhood. The tour will take place Friday, August 2nd from 9AM-12:30PM and will require several hours of standing and walking/rolling. The event will also include a discussion and lunch.
