X-Core Technologies bridges the gap between innovative card technologies and realistic, scalable manufacturing processes within the credit card industry. With an in-house laboratory and a fully operational pre-laminate production facility, X-Core is capable of both R&D on new card products as well as producing pre-laminate card sheets for card manufacturers. X-core is specialized in producing metal card prelams using proprietary and patented formulas and processes, allowing for much more efficient production. Other innovations include battery powered cards, improvements to NFC functionality, and on-card 3D imaging.
