Stick to well-known retailers and double-check URLs—because “Amaz0n . biz” isn’t where you want to shop. Phishing emails and shady social media ads are also in full swing, promising “exclusive deals” that lead straight to Scam City. Instead of clicking random links, go directly to the retailer’s site and pay securely with credit cards or digital wallets. Shop smart—your festive finds should bring joy, not financial headaches!

Here are some wise words from our Principal Technology Advisor, Jim Siegienski "Strategic Planning - Where Do I Start? I recently facilitated Strategic Planning for two companies in very different markets. Both times there was a bit of a struggle to initially define top level goals or objectives. They both want to grow, and had ideas, but those ideas weren't well defined. What do you do when you find yourself stuck in ambiguity without a clear vision? Work up from the weeds! We took a few minutes and had each exec identify some tactical projects they felt we should accomplish and scribble them out quickly on post-it notes. Then we gathered those notes and began clustering them where there was a relationship.  This revealed some emerging themes.  These themes led to the definition of a high level objective.  With this objective we were able to step back and identify a way to measure impact (KPI - Key Performance Identifier) beyond just "did we do it" (Measure impact, not effort). Sometimes you know where you want your company to go but struggle articulating it. This is one method to bring in clarity and help drive focus where you truly want it!" #xGeniSys #strategicplanning #KPIs #techadvice
