This was a fun email to write 😊 -- Salesforce is the most customizable tool that no Local Business needs. Let me explain. Salesforce is the 800 pound amorphous Gorilla. I've been an active user since 2016. You signup and the whole world's your oyster. 🦪 (Side note: who knew there was an oyster emoji!?!) But then you realize you have to build the ocean, the currents, the shipping lanes, and the freighters just to sell the damn oyster! And that takes a team. An expensive team. A Salesforce Admin, an Architect, maybe a few Salesforce Engineers. Those are six figure salaries and all your work is still ahead of you. So Salesforce launched Govt Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and a ton of other preconfigured versions of their infamous sandbox to get you started. But not up and running. Far from it. And they're even more expensive. Meanwhile, the local business owner is stuck with what – excel and email? 🤢 *Pukes by desk So we fixed it. We created an Operating System for any business owner to dominate their Local Market. We launched LocalMarketOS™ earlier this summer. We then built OS Blueprints™ for each industry we serve. Now a business owner can self-onboard, have all the object structure, automations, and 2 years (not kidding) of nurture sequences up and running, skip directly to "GO" and collect their $200. My trust in any establishment or businesses increases when their bathroom is consistently clean. I used to go to a local sushi spot 2-3x a week with the entire family. The owner was a professional sushi chef and the quality of the sushi was unbelievable. For the first 6 months, the place smelled great. Suddenly, the entire place started smelling like a bathroom. I brought it up to the owner since he followed the content and knew I was a business guy. I shared with him that it’s tough to eat food when the entire restaurant started smelling like a bathroom. Eventually we only ordered takeout and now it’s maybe once a month or two that we place the order. He probably lost $20k to $40k of just our business but more importantly people that I would introduce to the restaurant. All because the placed smelled horrible. That doesn’t mean he can’t change the environment which I’m being told the place now smells better. It just means the key to any establishment or business that relies in customers spending money to come back must keep their bathrooms clean. When I worked at Haagen-dazs at Glendale Galleria in 1994-1995 the owners would make us do a deep cleaning every night before we closed the stores. Every machine. Every fridge. The bathroom. We hated it but man we respected the hell out of the owner “Elaine” for being a stickler of keeping the place clean. Message is simple: “Let’s make bathrooms clean again” I’m done with my rant. Future looks bright. 🚽 🧽 🧼
