A guest called to book a reservation at our busy Long Beach location and Manager Jen made it happen. The guest then shared her mom was battling cancer and this would be a rare meal together, and was grateful she could enjoy a view of the patio. Our team surprised her with flowers and made their visit special. Way to go, Long Beach team! That’s how we do it at our House.
