  • "I have been at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch for eleven months. I've advanced far from the Chicago boy who came here. I participate in stacking hay, hiking, fishing, swimming, playing billiards, and doing activities in the gym. All of this sounds just like fun and games, but there is a therapeutic value to everything we do here, some are just more obvious than others." -Alumni https://lnkd.in/ekZBRn9

  • Check it out! Cassie Francisco, Residential Counselor, took the kids from Fortin East Lodge at our main campus in Billings to decorate our annual holiday tree at Moss Mansion. Hey, Team! The festive décor looks great! If you're in Billings, be sure to stop by the mansion for a historical tour and cast your vote for our display! At the end of the season, Moss Mansion will reveal the winner, and we'd love your support!

  • Have you met Leslin Ossoff? This incredible YBGR veteran was just promoted to Regional Clinical Manager, and we couldn’t be more proud! Leslin began her journey with us delivering school-based services in Dillon, where her passion for creating meaningful change for kids and families quickly stood out. Her leadership continued to shine as she stepped into the role of Lead Home Support Services Therapist, working tirelessly to support families—first remotely from Tennessee and later from our Livingston Community Office after returning to Montana. Now, as Regional Clinical Manager, Leslin will work alongside Kelsey Ehlert, Regional Clinical Manager based in Lewistown, to mentor clinicians and guide the delivery of home support services—strengthening families and building strong foundations of resilience for kids. Congrats, Leslin, on this well-deserved promotion! We’re grateful for your leadership and the impact you make every day.

  • In October, Youth Dynamics of Montana joined forces with Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, uniting as one community of caring people, preparing youth for life. Together, we created a comprehensive continuum of children’s behavioral health care services and significantly expanded our reach. As part of this transition, Bill Hritsco, President of Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch Foundation, has traveled across Montana to meet with teams, learn how the Foundation can support local mission-driven needs, and introduce its work to communities. Pictured here, Bill connects with Kerry McKenzie, Administrative Supervisor, and Heather Kempster, Home Support Services Specialist, at our Missoula office. To Bill and the entire Foundation team: thank you for all you do in service of our kids—on the Ranch, across Montana, and beyond.
