The people of Yellowstone have designed and built much of the central New Mexico landscape since 1973. We’re proud of our 40+ years of growth. But we are prouder still of embracing water conservation decades before it was popular. This month's employee spotlight is Patricia Trujillo, Administrative Assistant, part of the Yellowstone leave and come back club. She started in accounts payable in 2012, then retired in 2022 to take care of her now-deceased husband. She returned this year to provide part-time administrative support to the Construction Division. “The company kept calling to see if I wanted to come back to work. Finally, I did!” she says. “It’s such a comfortable environment at Yellowstone, and I wouldn’t have come back if it was not a positive experience the first time.”
