At YCSD, we are proud to have professional development as a core part of our culture!
This morning as a part of our Principal/Leadership meeting, I was privileged to facilitate our first book study of the year. Our team read Outlearning the Wolves by David Hutchens. We had whole group reflection, then in our Four Corners groups we held small group reflection, and as we came back together each group highlighted their discussions on the text and it's relevance to our organizational work. We continue to Survive and Thrive as we Defend the Y!#leadership #continuousimprovement #outearnthewolves #youngstownexcellenceexperience
