We are now looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team for an immediate part-time position with potential to grow into full-time. Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies for clinical positions, including Physicians, Optometrists, Dental Hygienists, Medical Assistants, Nurses, and support staff such as Front Desk Receptionists, Credentialing, and Billing Specialists. - Champion our clients' mission and value proposition to attract top talent. - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offers. - Serve as a trusted recruitment consultant for our clients. - Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and clients. - Achieve required recruiting metrics and KPIs You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have: - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth healthcare setting. - Proven success with creative sourcing strategies and employer branding. - Experience recruiting for fast-paced, multi-site healthcare companies such as physical therapy, dermatology, dental, or optometry. - Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. - Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and integrity. - Passion for working in a fast-paced, startup setting.
