Sorry McDonald's - we are huge fans of the latest $5 McValue meals, and tried to suggest it, but our simulated GenAI customer persona is too well trained to get off topic. 😂 A key element of delivering GenAI Simulation and Coaching at scale is lifelike + flexible discussions/feedback. 2 months ago, a new chapter began. Now our website tells that story. We're thrilled to introduce the new www.zenarate.com! The acquisition of Bright accelerated Zenarate's journey to be a Learning + Performance Ecosystem that can build skill 2x as fast with half the cost. This ecosystem combines AI conversation and software simulations + Performance Analysis/QA + Integrated LXP and personalization features.
