Great night at the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce holiday party. Very happy that the Chamber has created an Ambassador Award in the name of John Marcantonio. Congratulations to @HolleyDekleine for being the first recipient of this award!!

We're very excited that a recent outdoor kitchen project won the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association (CRBRA) Best of Builders. The award recognizes design of an expansive, U-shaped outdoor kitchen for the same property that one a Best of Kitchen Design award the same night. We collaborate with AJA Architecture and Planning and Hilltop Construction on this space that provides ample room for cooking and entertaining, featuring a grill, smoker, warming drawer, and portable pizza oven. With ample prep space and efficient cold storage, including a beverage refrigerator and two refrigerator drawers, the design ensures both functionality and style. The blue, woodgrain outdoor cabinetry and timber frame beams seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings and provide a cohesive transition from the kitchen to the picturesque lake view. Additionally, pass-through windows connect the indoor and outdoor kitchen areas, making entertaining even easier.

Excited to have won Best Kitchen Design $149,000+at the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association (CRBRA) Best of Building Awards. The award was given for the stunning kitchen design in a new Lake George house in collaboration with AJA Architecture and Planning and Hilltop Construction. This kitchen features custom cabinetry with space-maximizing organizational features, including wall cabinets that reach the ceiling, designed to complement the home’s antique beams. The design emphasizes flow and functionality, with a dining table that easily rolls up to the kitchen island to create a larger, more dynamic entertaining space. A soft, neutral color palette allows the home’s breathtaking views, antler chandelier, and exposed beams to take center stage. The butler’s pantry, outfitted with an apron sink, dishwasher, open shelving, and freezer, adds an extra layer of convenience. Special attention was also given to the family dog, who enjoys its own custom cabinetry complete with food and water bowls and pot filler.
