It’s rare to have such a tangible and visible result of the scope of our work, and so it’s with a real sense of pride that I share this first feedback on our “Visa for TotalEnergies ” learning journey to onboard our employees worldwide to achieve our ambition of getting to net zero by 2050. This program embarks our staff on a journey with several stopovers and various virtual flight times (all powered by SAF - Sustainable Aviation Fuel - of course!). Training tens of thousands of people in seven languages and 126 countries in just six months is quite a challenge. Since taking flight in June, already more than 100 "Transforming to reinvent energy" stopovers have been organized and more than 12,000 employees have already embarked to learn more about the fundamentals of our new ambition. As many more entities are embarking on their initial stopover this month, those already underway since June now proceed to their second virtual flight time and touch down for the second stop over, an interactive game lead by our senior managers in small group sessions to learn more about the sustainable energy mix. By the end of the year we’ll all be at our third stop over, “People at the heart of our energy transition” to understand how we can each one of us individually contribute to the transformation.  #energytransition #people #training #learning #transformation #VisaforTotalEnergies
