Looking to learn Data Visualization & Business Intelligence with Power BI? Here's a list of 10 books i recommend: 1. Power Pivot and Power BI by Rob Collie & Avi Singh 2. Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI and Power Pivot for Excel by Alberto Ferrari & Marco Russo 3. Power BI for the busy professional by Michael Olafusi 4. Thanks a lot! Ahmed Oyelowo
And how did i miss our Reza Rad's Power BI From Rookie to Rockstar?
Add "Applied Microsoft Power BI" by Teo Lachev, now in its 3rd edition. Amazingly thorough and up to date, covering all aspects of the product. It is a great complement to Collie, Ferrari, Russo, the "Monkey Guys" (Puls / Escobar) and others listed in the Top 10 above.
These are all good books but number 5 has little to do with Power BI, aside from some general tips, as many of the advises there can't be practically implemented in PBI, I tested it. I like how tagging the authors increases the visibility of the post, that's quite clever and it actually makes sense in this context (as opposed to [Generic question], what do you think, [input a guru name here]).
Pro Power BI Desktop by Adam Aspin is definitely worth reading.
Have already read 1, 4, 6 and currently taking my time on 8 to soak it all in. Couldn't agree more with the list you put together and looking forward to checking out the rest.
