I strongly agree with what you said above and I love how you foster a culture of giving in LinkedIn. In my teaching experience, even though I was the one teaching, I found that I've always learned something that I didn't know before, either a new knowledge related to what I was teaching or a more in-depth understanding of the topic at hand. 6yShowing up every day. There's a reason why you get this kind of engagement. Funny how some people think it's magic or stuff like this happen overnight. It took a lot of work, a lot of crickets (no likes/comments), and a ton of rejection. :) Show up every day and great things will happen.
