Aimee I distinctly remember 10 years ago, being sat in the office at Cardiff Mett SU before a session you and Sally Strong were about to run, I had found the perfect job to get me onto my chosen career ladder and you scribbled down 5 points for a great cover letter before dashing into your session... somewhere in this house I still have that paper... the encouragement and support you both gave was so genuine and incredible it made reading this article such a joy. To see your journey, the determination and dedication borne out of a genuine desire to help people is inspiring. It may be hard to step away but you built something so special and I know your next move will be just as great. Well done you!

I remember you visiting us at our office in Brune St near Spitalfields and me thinking wow this business has a lot of uphill challenges in front of it. 9 years later we have both scaled and then sold our companies and so, from personal experience, I know how hard that is to achieve and how much you deserve all the credit and praise you are getting.
