Increasing your leads is pointless if your revenue engine is broken. It doesn’t matter how many leads you pour into the tank. They’ll leak out of all the massive gaps in your system. Focus on the leads already in your pipeline. Figure out how they’re entering, where they’re dropping off, and why. That way your pipeline is predictable, and no qualified customers fall through the cracks.
