We are hiring HR coordinator to join our team.
>>Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
>>Employee Relations:
Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various matters, including benefits, leave of absence, performance management, and company policies.
Conduct investigations into employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
>>Performance Management:
Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Track employee performance and identify opportunities for development.
>>Administration and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount, leave of absence, and attendance data.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of employment law and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Fluent Speaking and writing English
