Building Connections Beyond the Office
At Elve, we believe that innovation starts with strong connections—and what better way to build those than through our Team Days?
Back in November, our team gathered at a park in Davis for a Thanksgiving potluck. Everyone brought their favorite dishes, played sports like soccer and volleyball, and took time to socialize while enjoying music and the beautiful outdoors.
This is just one of the many fun activities we’ve shared together, including axe throwing, camping, painting, and more. Each Team Day brings new opportunities to bond, create memories, and strengthen the sense of collaboration that drives our work.

Andrej de Godzinsky has been with Speeron for almost four years now, serving as the Chief Technical Officer. He joined the company in mid-2020 to drive the R&D activities.
What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I would say it is the whole Speeron team. We collaborate and achieve amazing things together.
Do you have any hobbies or other interests? I try to keep myself in moderate shape and am passionate about music in all forms. I love reading about history, as that helps us understand the current times better.
How do you describe the company's culture and values? The culture is very open and encouraging for personal and team growth. We take pride in our solutions and being there for our customers.
How do you balance work and your personal life? I have a wonderful spouse who makes sure I remember to relax as well. With four grown-up children and two dogs, I have plenty of chances to recharge outside of work.
How do you learn and grow in your role? I believe in constant development via multiple channels, both on professional topics and in human interaction. It is very important to stop in occasionally and also to reflect on the past and understand what to learn from it.
How do you collaborate with colleagues and managers? Our organisation is quite flat, and everybody has a voice. I aim to be available for my team and others for any issues and to ensure that any topics are discussed in the correct forums. I try to lead by example but give space for people to shine.
Any advice you would give to someone who wants to join the team? First, stay curious! In a constantly evolving industry, it is very important to be open to learning new skills and technologies. If you enjoy being a team player in a fast-moving international environment working with cutting-edge technologies, Speeron is the place to be!

❌ Countless hours glued to a computer screen
❌ Sleepless nights wondering if we’d ever make it
❌ Slammed doors
❌ Unanswered emails
❌ Empty promises
But years of dreaming, where passion was the only thing that kept us moving forward, even when it felt like the whole world was against us.
But, you know what? Today, all of that finally makes sense: with a mix of pride, relief, and excitement I can barely contain, I can tell you this 👇🏻

It might sound like just another milestone, but trust me, those words carry the weight of everything: the sweat, the grit, the stumbles, the comebacks, the endless nights believing in something that wasn’t even real yet.
It’s about courage, the kind that keeps you going when everyone’s saying “it’s impossible.”
It’s about getting up, dusting yourself off, and coming back stronger after every failure.
📌 This first Zephyr tower? Not just a piece of tech. It’s a symbol. Proof that innovation, when fueled by an authentic dream, can break through any wall.
📌 It’s the result of an incredible team of minds that never stopped believing and hands that never stopped working.
But let’s be real: this journey was anything but smooth. We faced challenges that could’ve knocked us out. We doubted ourselves. There were moments when it felt like the dream was slipping away. But we pushed through. And here we are.
When I think about everything we’ve been through, I can’t help but feel grateful for the people who supported us when all we had was an idea and a lot of hope and for those who told us to keep pushing forward, even when the odds weren’t in our favor. This tower? It belongs to all of you, too.
And now, as the first pieces of Zephyr come to life, I know this journey is far from over. There’s so much more to do, so much to improve, so much to build.
🎉 But today? Right now? We’re taking a moment to celebrate. Because, damn, it feels good.
