Today, we wrapped up our annual in-person all-hands event at Groundfloor Finance! From connecting with teammates to giving back to our community, it’s been another incredible year filled with purpose and inspiration. One of the highlights? It occurred to me about 6 months ago that my morning routine during the week was pretty much the same. Coffee and about 60 minutes of email and internal messaging catch-up at my desk that was piled up overnight from our global team, then race out the door. Since Packform is mobile friendly and I can do the same work from anywhere, I shifted my routine to finish my catch-up work on the move and take in this view.
