About

Advisor and consultant with a deep understanding of the business of Eyecare. I work primarily with Eyecare groups to uncover opportunities for financial gain through data driven analysis of current systems and processes (services and products). I love to collaborate with optical teams, show where profits are being discarded and involve the team leaders in a solution to achieve set financial & efficiency goals.
My success stories include bringing optical business back inhouse after a period with outsourced optical management groups. I also help Eyecare practices evaluate their profitability as providers for various vision insurance plans and implement a strategy to either maximize reimbursements from these plans or transition away from the plan depending on the practices goals and the data analysis outcome. I love collaborating with leaders to show them how to minimize COGS and maximize profits while keeping the practices values, culture and mission at the center of all decision making. My clients experience a rapid return on investment (ROI) and substantial long-term financial benefits.
