      • Provided consulting support for a US Space Force (USSF) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) project to establish and survey overarching strategy, communications plan, and training curriculum development. Through this role, assisted the USSF elevate service-wide focus on DEI&A, establish a path for consistent, coordinate work activities and communication to constituents and stakeholders, empowered the integration of DEI&A as a factor of mission accomplishment, and use data analysis to drive decision-making and change.
      • As a member of the Legal, Compliance, and Risk team, provided direct research support for corporate leaders by helping the Human Resources Department identify automated solutions that met federal and state-level compliance requirements, reduced cost and schedule, and support the scalable needs of a growing company.
