Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting - identifying potential companies by utilizing lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Outreach.
  • Cold outreaching to prospective customers.
  • Have a complete understanding of the Cyabra target market, and strategies, in order to position Cyabra as a value-added solution.
  • Partner with the sales team to strategize on targeted accounts to help drive revenue.
  • Have specific monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
  • Documenting lead generation activities and maintaining an organized CRM - Hubspot is our friend!
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices for lead generation.


Qualifications

  • Motivated by a career in sales.
  • 1+ year of experience in an SDR role.
  • Experience in the tech space B2B.
  • A self-starter, driven, dynamic, eager to learn.
  • Someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills in - English must be at a mother tongue level. 
  • Proven track record to exceed quarterly quota - Advantage
  • Experience using sales automation & CRM tools - Advantage


Personal Note:

We are looking for a hungry SDR who will easily burn through their monthly Cibus. 

As the first Outbound SDR, this person must also be self-motivated and have an appetite for a career in tech sales. As part of an early-stage startup, you have the opportunity to grow with the company and come along for the ride.
