JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and implement a communication and engagement strategy for the community
Monitor and analyze the community
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the community channels.
Responsible for community event management and cross-marketing activities with other communities.
Following up-to-date developments on human resources technologies, trends and new releases related to communities (Twitter, Discord)
Coordinate with the content, social media, product and operation teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Goal- oriented and organized
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital marketing
Hands on experience or having an ability and passion to learn how digital community platforms work
Entrepreneurship experience preferred
Be able to work. 3 days a week (Not strictly 3 full days, it may be 2 half and 2 full days based on the availability)
