Job Description
Otsimo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to launch a new product and guide it through its growth phase. Otsimo develops playful learning products that put kids at the center of the experience, and we are excited to bring a new product to market. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be the product's biggest advocate, working with the team to shape the product roadmap and ensure its success. This is a mid-level position suitable for candidates with experience in product management or related fields.
In this role, you will:
Lead the product strategy and serve as the product's biggest advocate to both internal and external stakeholders.
Own the product, constantly prioritizing and re-prioritizing features against team goals.
Oversee the implementation of new features.
Set up experiments to continually improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Have a deep love for uncovering customer needs and market trends.
Manage stakeholders across teams to work towards a single vision.
Qualifications
Degree in a business, education, technical or related field.
1+ years of product management or related experience.
2+ years of experience working in software startups or game development.
Experience working with software development or gaming production.
Strong data analysis skills.
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
Nice to Haves
Background in education technology products.
Practical experience managing app production.
Experience managing subscription-based products.

An eye for visual design.
A borderline unhealthy obsession with the details that take an experience from good enough to great.
Applies principles of continuous learning, mentoring others, and embraces feedback.
Ability to work collaboratively with designers and artists.
