Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisitions Agent to join our team. This role involves sourcing and acquiring properties, engaging with sellers of single family homes, real estate agents, and investors and maintaining a robust pipeline through our advanced CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a competitive mentality, superb negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and agents.
  • Identify and contract properties below market value for acquisition.
  • Engage in both warm and cold prospecting of leads provided by the company.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development with the Sales Manager.
  • Attend local real estate networking events to foster industry connections.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
  • Real Estate License in Texas (or the ability to obtain one within two months of hire).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform property analysis and valuation.
  • Highly organized, able to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools and technology.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Background in team sports or competitive environments.
  • Prior experience in real estate investments is highly regarded.
