Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
Process lease applications and renewals efficiently.
Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Manage resident issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
Requirements:
Section 8 experience - Preferred not required
Tax Credit experience - Preferred not required
Previous Apartment- Assistant Manager Experience
Bilingual is required - Preferred not required
Sales experience and a background in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be available to work weekends
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $21-24/hr (Depending on experience)
Weekly pay
Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)
Medical health insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act
Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day available for public transit or ride share use
