Role Description:

This full-time, on-site role as an Apparel Production and Design Manager is located in Nashville, TN. The Apparel Production and Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design, development, and production of branded apparel, ensuring that all garments are delivered to meet quality and timing standards. The Apparel Production and Design Manager will have the opportunity to partner with established brands as well as emerging brands. The ideal candidate has an innate sense of style, as well as strong project management and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in apparel design and production management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to effectively and creatively manage various budgets and timelines
  • Experience with sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain production schedules
  • Technical knowledge of materials, pattern-making, and garment construction
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret design concepts and create technical packages for overseas vendors
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design and project management tools.
  • Preferred to have experience using Macbook, G-Suite and Slack.
