**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our standards of excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a positive team environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fine dining and hospitality.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining management.
- Strong knowledge of service standards and best practices.
- Exceptional understanding of wine, spirits, and beer with the ability to make recommendations and pairings.
- A passion for hospitality and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a hands-on management style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace and professionalism.
