Light Bulb Depot is looking to add an Assistant Sales Manager to our team. It is Full-time, Monday through Friday, with WEEKLY pay, Monthly sales incentives, plus benefits, and 401k.
The duties of an Assistant Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
Assist the team as directed
Train, schedule, and manage employees in daily tasks
Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
Liaise between managers, customers, and employees
Serve as acting Sales Manager when out of the office
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the needs of the customer
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Detail-oriented
Demonstrate multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Required
At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of previous phone sales experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
Able to read, write, and understand English, a secondary language a plus.
Other requirements are to be discussed in the interview.
