Our Portland team is currently looking for an Associate Creative Director. This role will be onsite. We are seeking conceptual thinkers, art, copy, or a true hybrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Top-level conceptual thinking and creative guidance throughout a project's lifespan
• Direct a variety of creative resources to ensure creative and holistic excellence
• Manage a team of art directors, designers, writers, strategists, etc.
• Attend planning meetings and develop the creative workflow across the span of the project
• Present creative to clients and develop client relationships
• Takes clients' vision from concept through to the delivery of a final product

EDUCATION

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, Advertising, Marketing, Art Direction or related field

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience in a creative leadership role
• 6+ years experience in an agency environment or related role
• Production / On-Set Experience
• Expertise in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and Keynote
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage and critique other creatives with decisive grace
• Versatility across all types of marketing and brand needs
• Capable of project ownership, with or without a partner
• Highly conceptual thinker with strong design sensibilities and POV
• Professional presentation capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• AI fluency is a bonus (Midjourney, ChatGPT, PS Generative fill etc.)

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 + our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. We reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
