Summary: First Foundation is looking for a collaborative and customer-focused Associate Product Manager who will contribute to the success of the Digital Delivery team by assisting with the management of the overall product lifecycle. The Associate Product Manager will conduct market research and define product requirements, as well as collaborate with development to design, test, and refine new features. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and business development groups to support the successful launch of new products, services, features, and enhancements.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $78,200/yr to $112,700/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Maintain a current awareness and understanding of and fully comply with the Bank’s “Code of Ethics and Conduct”; maintain an awareness of the laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures that are appropriate for his/her position
- Adhere to company policies as defined
- Define product requirements and create user journeys and test scripts to support the development team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, system engineers and architects, web developers, project managers, and other relevant digital, technology, and business teams
- Work with solutions architects and vendors to maintain, update, and implement existing and new APIs and SDKs
- Formulate product enhancement recommendations and articulate clear and concise objectives and outcomes for new products and features
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Product Management, Web Development, Engineering, and/or Technical Services for SaaS Solutions required
- Must have a working knowledge of financial institution technology, banking products, and services
- Understanding of API Management services and infrastructure technologies
- Experience with API and SDK deployments
- Experience in building SDKs/libraries used by mobile and web app developers
- Ability to understand basic and complex architectural diagrams and data flows
- Understanding of Application life cycles and programming concepts
- Must be able to learn new technologies and explain the differences and opportunities to technical and non-technical team members.
- Effective teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytic, planning, strategic, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating system, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Apple operating system knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
