The Opportunity:

We are looking for a client advisor to achieve sales plan & drive service by providing an exceptional client experience, engage in clienteling, and assist with the daily operations of the Bergdorf Goodman's Men's counter. The ideal candidate will provide clients with assistance across all aspects of the sales funnel that align with the Byredo values and standards they will be providing a luxury unique experience through storytelling and product knowledge.


People:

  • a remarkable luxury client journey experience, to increase sales and drive brand awareness and visibility.
  • reach out to clients to drive sales and traffic to the location creating a strong client book
  • a deep understanding of new and existing client needs while maintaining a strong bond with internal and external clients
  • a positive work environment with clear professional communication
  • by example by achieving individual sales goals
  • Maintain a strong counter presence ensuring store policies and procedures are being adhered to by external and Byredo protocol.


Operations:

  • Ensure operational excellence by accurately reporting of inventory
  • Process accurate client transactions cash desk
  • Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients including but not limited to preparing and organizing delivery shipments to outside vendors.
  • Execute all email capture in all POS transactions within the boutique.
  • Accurately adheres to policies and procedures set by the HQ team and external partners
  • Proactively reaches out to clients to achieve Presale initiatives during events
  • Maintain visual standards and operational guidelines set by brand.


Sales:

  • constantly up to date regarding market trends, knows and monitors competition.
  • sales and optimizes each step of the sales process
  • perfectly adopted the Byredo client experience and selling ceremony.
  • and recognizes regular clients
  • the clients’ needs, both expressed and hidden and places the client at the counter
  • and recommends product offer.
  • client requirements while the product is being tried and responds to any further requests
  • cross selling and additional sales, is driven to exceed KPI objectives ensuring the highest quality of sales and client experience
  • client loyalty by collecting the clients’ information through the appropriate CRM tools
  • sales goals, for both in-counter and digital selling with effective use of CRM tools including but not limited to text, social media


You have...

  • 3-5yrs exp selling makeup/beauty
  • Retail Operations expertise
  • Strong clienteling ability
  • Strong sales performance
  • Strong communication sales
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends

Compensation:

As required by the New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is $29-30 hourly. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
