Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Financial Records: Record and classify financial transactions accurately in our accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections. Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
