Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Records: Record and classify financial transactions accurately in our accounting software.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections. Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
• Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
