Position Title Business Development Operations Specialist

Long term contract / Contract till 11/ 2024
Hourly Rate - $25
Required Experience - 2 - 4 Years
Job Summary
Qualifications:
o Experience in higher level administrative work
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
o Proficient in Microsoft 365
o Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, high level of integrity and accountability
o Ability to work with confidential data and ensure maintenance of confidentiality in all cases
o Excellent attention to detail
o Experience in Smartsheet, SharePoint site creation, or PowerBI dashboards is a plus
Responsibilities:
o Support BD Ops & Planning Lead with high attention to detail, some light project management and writing required
o Provide backup support to department Executive Assistant in contract approvals, meeting scheduling, electronic signature routing, and documentation/tracking/audit of budget
o Assist with organization of projects, budget, and approval timelines as needed
o Maintain electronic filing and documentation
o Create meeting materials - slides and meeting minutes
o Update the team SharePoint site and other tools as directed
o Other team support duties as assigned
