Case Manager

SNI Companies has partnered with a premier personal injury law firm in Ocala, Florida, built upon the foundations of honesty, hard-work, and experience their clients can trust. They are looking for a driven, experienced Case Manager to work closely with their top notch litigators.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and negotiating cases with insurance providers
• Effectively manage a full case load
• Oversee and manage a dedicated full time legal assistant
• Regular client communication is a priority
• Opening new files and making the initial client contact
• Organize and maintain case files, preparing files to be submitted to demand writers
• Obtain medical bills and records from providers and medically manage client care
• Verify insurance coverage, liability issues, and maintain contact with insurance company

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience managing a heavy Personal Injury case load preferred
• 2-4 years of experience as an insurance adjuster preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment including Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly focused and detailed-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
• High reliability, team oriented, professional demeanor
• Must be proactive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; self-motivated
• Ability to interact professionally with attorneys and support staff.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• This position is in a professional office setting, remote work is not available at this time
• Availability to work a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday is required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual a Plus!
