Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CEO and Co-Founder at TruPulse and is compensated via Equity Only till the next fund-raise.
The CEO and Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. The CEO and Co-Founder will also be responsible for setting the company's vision, mission, and goals, as well as leading and inspiring the team. Sales experience in working for a HRIS system or HR tech is preferred.
