Our client is a middle market highly engineered manufacturing enterprise serving a broad range of industries. The company has recently been acquired by a private equity investor who is committed to professionalize operations while driving significant growth through bolt on acquisitions and new market penetration.
The Chief Financial Officer will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as the right hand to the CEO and an integral key member of the executive team. They will oversee a lean finance and accounting function with a hands-on approach and lead the introduction of a new accounting system while professionalizing process across the organization. The CFO will oversee all M&A activity and will lead the full integration of the acquisitions on the finance and accounting side of the house. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing a leveraged balance sheet and managing cash on a day-to-day basis.
