About The Role

Looking for a versatile Chief of Staff to help drive efficiency and organization at Pulse. You’ll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, creating financial models, handling vendor relationships, and optimizing hiring and onboarding processes.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure to growing teams. You’ll work closely with leadership and our accounting advisory firm to ensure our operations and finances are running smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Create and implement workflows to streamline operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain P&L models, revenue forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Manage hiring workflows, support recruitment efforts, and oversee onboarding processes for new hires.
• Organize external events, team off-sites, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work with our accounting advisory firm to track expenses, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery of services.
• Handle contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in operations, HR, or finance in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage finances, create financial models, and optimize business processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hiring platforms, ATS tools, and onboarding systems.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
